In
terms of cycling experience, last summer I went out with Leigh three
times and actually, although I only went out to keep my boy happy, I
really enjoyed it. I just had no desire what so ever to do it through
the winter so haven't done any cycling since last August. So I feel
that starting from 0 is not too much of an exaggeration.

Up to now
Since
Christmas I've been going to the gym 2-3 times a week and have
discovered that I actually love to exercise! Before that I did
absolutely nothing in the way of keeping fit and healthy, really
nothing. When I started I couldn't stand up after 2 minutes on the
cross trainer - I literally did the Bridget Jones Jelly Legs in my
induction session. I made it my mission to overcome the evil machine
and last week I managed a 35 minute hardcore interval session on it and
even managed to walk to the water fountain afterwards. Green and purple I
may have been but oh how very proud I was!
